Your handmade rustic shelf delivery is just as important to us as your unique preferences. We endeavour to deliver every order within the UK in no more than 3-5 business days. For deliveries to EU nations, we ask you to allow at least 3-5 business days.

Delivery Process

After you place your order

As soon as you place an order for your custom wooden shelf with us, we’ll send you an order confirmation email which will include your unique tracking number.Tracking facilities go into effect 24 hours prior to delivery. We will need your most recent email address and mobile phone number with each order. This is important because it enables us to get all the necessary information from our couriers in regards to your delivery. Once you have provided this information, we’ll send you a notification via email and SMS which will include the delivery date and live tracking facilities – with the latter going into effect 24 hours before the delivery.Orders outside of the UK are subject to an additional fee. Delivery timelines

Just to quickly reiterate, processing time for deliveries are as follows:

  • 3-5 business days for anywhere in the UK
  • 3-5 business days for select EU countries (please call or write to us so that we can let you know ahead of time if delivery can be made possible to your respective EU country)

Note: All applicable import taxes and Customs charges are to be paid by the buyer.Any delivery delays due to Customs are, unfortunately, not under our control.

What to Expect at Time of Delivery

Every order that we dispatch is carefully packaged to protect your item while it is enroute to your designated delivery point. After your custom rustic shelf order hasbeen properly inspected and packaged, we’ll give it our stamp of approval anddispatch it to your desired location. If, for any reason, you see any signs of damageor visible wear and tear, please return the item back to us immediately – at whichpoint we’ll send a replacement item to you at no additional cost. Even though this is a very rare occurrence, due to unforeseen circumstances, itcannot be avoided entirely. In any case, we are fully responsible should your itemnot arrive as expected.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchange Policy

Although we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your product, we do understand that sometimes a specific item may not be as expected or leave something to be desired. In this case, we offer a 30-day returns policy. Please note that return costs must be processed by you. If you wish to return an item within the 30-day period.

For deliveries that need to be cancelled due to any reason whatsoever, please fill out the Request a Cancellation form before your item is dispatched for delivery.

Products can also be exchanged within 14 days after they have been delivered, at which point they must be packaged and returned back to us for a processing fee of £25.00. Please bear in mind that if the product is returned to us in a condition other than what it was in at the time of delivery, the buyer shall bear the cost of the adjusted value.

Furthermore, completely bespoke products ordered outside of our current range cannot be exchanged, unfortunately.
