Lifetime Guarantee T&C

All our quality products are covered under a lifetime guarantee – we firmly stand by the quality craftsmanship and support your purchase with a life-long guarantee that covers daily domestic use only.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover any defects caused by negligence, failure to follow the correct maintenance instructions or other forms of accidental physical damage including water damage. In addition, damages due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters are not covered.

The guarantee also does not cover 100% made-to-order items that are not a part of our existing product range. Furthermore, if your rustic wooden shelf is exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions such as an open fire or radiator, extreme heat inside the room which may cause alteration or distortion of the original structure – the lifetime guarantee shall not cover damages or wear-and-tear due in light of the aforementioned.

At the moment, we are offering lifetime guarantees on products purchased and installed within the UK only.

Solid Wood Characteristics Not Covered by the Guarantee

Due to environmental factors such as change in humidity and temperature, solid wood may exhibit certain characteristics including swelling, shrinking, and very minor movement or splitting. It should be noted that this internal movement is completely normal and does not affect the lifespan or durability of your bespoke rustic shelf.

These natural movements are in no way structural anomalies or shortcomings and are, therefore, not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Important Returns Information

Any item purchased within the UK may be returned for a full refund within the 30-day window. Returns costs must be covered by the original buyer who is also required to contact us within this 30-day grace period.

If you see any faults or defects at all in the product or it is not according to what has been advertised on our product page, please return it to us; we shall bear all associated costs. However, we will inspect the defect(s) and either refund the full price or carry out the required repairs and maintenance at our discretion. We may also send you certain parts or a brand new replacement item depending on current circumstances.

Should the product not perform as intended and develop a defect or is delivered to you with a pre-existing defect which is covered under the guarantee, we’ll immediately offer you a replacement. However, should the replacement item be out of stock, we shall replace it with one that is the closest equivalent of the one you currently own.
